The condo is in good condition.  There are no issues with electrical, plumbing or the structure as far as I know.  The previous owner who lost it to the bank did remove the washer and dryer, however.  The cabinets have been refinished and they look brand new.

St. George Vacation Rentals Expands into Entrada and Sand Hollow

The largest vacation rental company in Southern Utah is now expanding into Entrada at Snow Canyon and The Sand Hollow Resort.  St. George Vacation Rentals has primarily served the Las Palmas condos in the Green Valley Resort.

The condo is located in the newest building on the ridge.  The view is spectacular.  It’s a collage of the red Snow Canyon cliffs,  the blue mountain ranges, and the black lava rock hills.

The condo was built in 2002 and has hardly been used.  In fact, we had to turn the breaker on to the oven, dishwasher, and water heater as they hadn’t been used ever or for a long time.

Few 4 bedroom condos were built in Las Palmas and they are in high demand because families love to share the large condos and stay all together.  So book quickly, this condo is booking up fast!
