What a wonderful comfortable stay we had here! The view was worth the little extra walk it was to the pool areas. So serene and calming! I loved the closed in deck! It makes it usable year round!
The decor was lively and lovely! It was a true joy to stay there. We would definitely book this unit again.
We thought this was a great condo
We stayed for almost a week and loved this condo. We appreciated the updated look and how clean everything was. It was nice to have tv’s in both the living room and the bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. The condo was in a perfect location for everywhere we needed to be during the week. We loved the hot tub and waterfall pool and spent time there nearly every evening.
We will definitely look at staying here again next time we are in St. George!
We stayed at this condo with our family of 5. The condo was clean and fit our requirements perfectly. We used the blow up mattress, which was easy to assemble and kept the air. All 3 kids fit on it just fine (although they are young). I had to work during part of our stay and we had no problem hooking up my computer to the internet in addition to our laptop working easily on the wi-fi connection.
The kitchen was well-equiped and the laundry was very convenient, especially for towels. We did use the passes to Green Valley, however the pools at Las Palmas were warmer and the kids had more fun with the waterfall pool than anything else.
The condo was centrally located and we were just minutes away from Tuachan, where we went to see a musical, Snow Canyon, where we played for hours on the sand dunes and downtown St. George, where we went when we ate out versus eating at the condo.
We would definitely stay at the condo again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place was cleanand comfortable when we got there. The kitchen utensils left nothing to be desired. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was a little loud, but by the end of our stay we hardly noticed it any longer. All in all this was a great condo, and we would stay in it again
I found this to be a lovely place to stay for 4 nights. It is just as the pictures show it to be. It’s pleasing to the eye, has plenty of space, all of the amenities and items needed in the kitchen and for doing laundry. This condo far surpasses staying in a hotel! I’d rent it again in a heartbeat.
Even though we were only there for the weekend, this was such a welcome change from the standard hotel, and being able to have meals in the condo. It was a beautiful condo, loved the finishes and the view! The booking process was very easy too and I had a couple of questions that were answered quickly when I called. The only downsides were coming in late, there is no sign off the main road, and we went too far, having to turn around. Maybe a resort sign is not allowed? When we got to our building, there were no signs indicating which direction the condo was on the 3rd floor which was only a hassle since we had to get the elevator key first. But those were minor issues and would definitely come back, just a nice, clean, quiet place to stay!
Enjoyed the apt – clean, comfortable, modern and an end unit. Everything we needed for a great price! Location was perfect for our stay – will book this apt again on our next visit. Much better than staying in a hotel room!!
I stayed 12 nights while visiting St George for the Ironman race. Thoroughly enjoyed the apartment which was well appointed, clean and offered great views from the enclosed bedroom patio. Access to the Green Valley resort facilities including a 25m lap pool was a bonus. My only complaints related to the air-conditioning and refrigerator which were both a bit noisy at night. Minor points and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean condo! Everything was beautiful and modern. The mattress was comfortable, too! We will definitely look to stay here again.
We stayed for three nights in this beautiful condo. My wife commented about how luxurious it feels, and that is just the way I would describe it. Modern, new, fresh and perfectly clean also come to mind.
Flat screen TV’s in both the front room and bedroom. Beautiful wood floors and fun red foil cabinets. Tumbled tile bathroom and a large shower. A comfy mattress on a queen size bed and a bedroom porch that looks over the valley and is enclosed in both screens and glass. On one of the warmest January days, we opened the back porch and enjoyed the warm breeze.
Quiet, comfortable, clean. We will be back for another stay!
