We had a wonderful time staying in this condo spring 2012. Two families stayed and we had plenty of room to enjoy and to relax. We liked that it is on the main floor and very accesible to get to. We would be definately be staying again. Thanks for making us feel comfortable in our stay in St. George.
My family has stayed at Las Palmas many times in various condos to enjoy the excellent mountain biking trails nearby. We stayed in unit 402 for 3 nights in mid October-11. The floor plan is the standard 3 bedroom Las Palmas layout and the furnishings are fine. Las Palmas was nearly full with folks attending the Huntsman Senior Games, and even so our stay was quiet and peaceful. The only odd things were a lack of a coffee table in the living room and a relatively dark picture on the big screen projection tv. I would stay in unit 402 again.
This is the second time we’ve stayed in 402. It is clean and comfortable. I like the full kitchen and washer & dryer. I like that it’s on the bottom floor. There were no issues with noise from other condos. The patio furniture is nice as well. I stayed for the 1st time in June 2011 and went back for the 2nd time in Oct 2011. There was a blanket I accidentally left there that I was hoping would still be there but it wasn’t. Other than that, I was pleased overall and would stay there again.
