SunRiver is perfect for the active retiree.  Not only is the location prime for all outdoor lovers but the community has it’s own golf course, tennis courts, pools, and fitness facilities.  And don’t forget the lawn bowling and pickle ball.

The hot and dry climate of St. George rival that of the deserts in Arizona but perhaps a bit more mild.  It rarely snows in St. George and temperatures exceed 100 degrees during the Summer.  Winter temperatures are pretty manageable and most days in Winter temperature exceeds 50 degrees.

If you ask me, there’s no better place to retire.
