Las Palmas Condos Complex Pools
As a guest of St. George Vacation Rentals, you have unlimited access to 2 new Las Palmas Condo Complex Resort pool areas and playgrounds. One pool (waterfall pool) and jacuzzi is located behind buildings 9, 10, and 12 (see map below). The other pool (with a shallow end for kids) and jacuzzi is located behind buildings 17, 18, and 19.
Las Palmas Pools Heated: March 15 - October 31 and weather permitting on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and President's Day weekends. The hot tubs are open year round.
Hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Green Valley Resort & Spa Pools (adjacent to the Las Palmas Condos)
Additionally, you have either full, limited, or no access to the older/larger Green Valley Resort pool area with an indoor pool, lap pool, diving pool, children's pool, exercise room, tennis and racquetball courts. You can see the access level under 'more info' after you enter your dates here.
The entrance is through the clubhouse which is located behind building 16 (see map below), close to the entrance to the Las Palmas condo complex.
Many of our condos have full access to the Green Valley Resort amenities. Here are the condos with full access: 1501, 1502, 1506, 1511, 1602, 1613, 1623, 1631, 1633, 1635, 1636, 1710, 1801, 2004, & 2116.
Those condos that come with access require a punch card for entrance. Those condos with full access can use the Green Valley Resort amenities as much as they'd like. We provide a limited amount of punches for those condos with limited access. One bedrooom, two bedroom, and three bedroom condos receive 5, 6, and 8 puches respectively per stay. You may purchase additional punches from us or directly at the Green Valley Spa clubhouse. The cost is $10 per punch if purchased at the clubhouse or $6 per punch if purchased from us in advance.
The indoor pool is open (heated) year round.

The Las Palmas condos are located next to several hiking, biking, and ATV trails. The resort rests upon a ridge providing a colorful collage of three Southern Utah scenic treasures: the blue Pine Valley Mountains, the red Snow Canyon hills, and the black Lava Ridge.
The condo resort has grown to 339 condominiums since the first phase was completed in 1983. The Las Palmas Resort includes lodging accommodations for every need - from the economic 580 sq. feet 1 bedroom condo to the brand-new luxurious 4 bedroom condo. The condo buildings are
numbered between 1 and 21. Buildings 1 – 4 and 14 – 16 were built between 1983 and 1986.
Buildings 5 – 12 (excluding 8) were
built between 1995 and 2001. Buildings 8
and 18 – 21 were built between 2003
and 2006. The Las Palmas Resort condos are located just 4 miles west of downtown St. George.
To help you create Lifetime Memories all our condo include complimentary:
Full kitchen (fully stocked ready for all your general cooking desires), refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Livingroom with cable TV and DVD (many bedrooms have TVs as well - some with DVD). Washer & dryer, wireless internet access, bed linens, aerobed (comfortable full-size air mattress) and linens. Each bathroom contains: 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths, pool towels, hair dryer, shampoo, lotion, and soap. All condos are smoke and pet free.
