"Nicely Updated"
We have stayed in this community many times and have stayed in this condo twice now. We are impressed with how well it has been updated. It feels almost like a new place. We love the proximity to the big pool area.

"Beautiful place to stay"
I felt like we received great service. The home was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. We loved being close to the golf course and the sand dunes. I ran through the community in the morning and loved the views. The overall experience was wonderful. The electronics were a little tricky, but all in all it was a great place to stay... we'll come again.

"Fun in the Sun"
We enjoyed our stay in Las Palmas and the condo we rented was in pretty decent shape. It appeared to have been remodeled recently which was a plus. We loved the access to all of the different swimming pools. We would definitely return to stay in this resort.

"Great stay with St. George Vacation Rentals!"
This villa was beautiful. Great views from kitchen and living room; private and quiet. The villa was spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. The decor was newer and in good condition. the kitchen had everything you could think of. The pools and club house/gym were wonderful. We were close to everything: the lovely town of St. George was right down the hill as were paved bike trails. Snow Canyon State Park (a must-see) was only a few miles away and Zion National Park was less than an hour's drive. We were very impressed with St. George and how friendly everyone was. We would definitely stay here again.

"A Wonderful Vcation"
This was one of my most memorable vacations. The condo was beautiful! (clean, well-furnished and a great view early morning or evening from the deck) I would most certainly stay again. The condo was close to Zion and Bryce National Parks, shopping, restaurant, and other sightseeing interests. I have nothing but positive comments about our stay. Would stay again in this condo!!

"Wonderful stay in beautiful St George UT. "
Entire rental was done on the internet -- incred-ibly easy and convenient. Nice area -- even better than the photos. Condo was very clean, and included a dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, as well as two TV sets. Outstanding view of the city and red cliffs from the glass-enclosed balcony. I would only have two suggestions: better lighting in the bedroom because I like to read in bed, and a small armchair and lamp in the living room. Our 10-day stay was too short -- we're definitely looking forward to next year's visit.

"Great Condo over Thanksgiving Break"
Having stayed at Las Palmas several times before, we knew we would enjoy our stay. This time, we had rented a much larger condo than we had in the past. Wow, were we in for a treat. The condo in building 21 was beautiful and roomy. It made our holiday much more enjoyable.

"Always love our stay at Las Palmas!"
We have been staying with St George Vacation rentals for 5 years or more. We do a girls trip to Tuacahn. We have always had such a good experience with the Las Palmas rentals. This past June we stayed in #2116, a four bedroom, three bath condo. It was fabulous, so much room, beautifully decorated, clean, and we always have immediate response by a phone call, whenever we have any kind of issues. One year we were in another unit, and the water heater went out, I called Max, and we were immediately given access to another condo, which was even nicer than the one we were in.We wouldn't stay anywhere else, we love being in Green Valley, its a little out of the noise and traffic of downtown St. George. Would recommend to everyone.

"Wonderful Weekend!"
The condo was just what my family needed. We stayed for the marathon and it was perfect. My kids enjoyed being able to run around and I enjoyed being able to put the kids down for naps(2 things you can't do at a hotel). We loved the swimming pools, hot tubs and the playground. We will stay again!

"Baseball Tradition"
We have been staying at this property every March for the past 4 years to attend an annual baseball tournament and we absolutely love it. The kids hang at the pools when not playing baseball, we barbeque with the team, play some hoops and have a great time. The rooms are clean and have all the comforts of home. We can't wait until our next visit in a few months

"fun in the sun"
If you are looking for the perfect getaway, that is fun for all ages, stay here! The only time we left the condo was for a grocery store run to stock the fridge! My kids love to swim, so we lived in the pool. We also enjoyed a couple of early morning tennis games! It was such a relaxing, fun vacation - we plan on making it a yearly tradition.

"What a Place!"
From start to finish, renting this condo on the internet was an easy, smooth experience. Keyless entry, plenty of parking, etc. It was clean, nicely furnished and large enough for most of our family (21 total right now, only 14 came in Oct.) We also rented one in a building a few steps away. I would rent here again. The key to the pools was in place, enough eating utensils and plates, could have used a few more dish cloths and dish towels since I use so many at home. It was easy to find if you used the map and know St. George a little. Using the extra pools at the entrance to the condo's was fun, too, although since it's a separate resort, not everyone knew of the bonus use we had to use their pools. I'm sure in the summertime, more of the staff knew the arrangement. I would stay there again, defintely, and would hope the owner would keep it in the rental pool! Guess I'd better think ahead and reserve now!

"Good place for the price"
Condo is spacious, comfortable, and great for a small family. However, the playground facilities need a little upgrade, instead of having sand they are surrounded with dirt. Overall for the price, the place was worth it.

"A comfortable experience"
The room was just what we wanted. We felt very comfortable and at home with this room. We had everything we needed and wanted for our weeks stay in St. George. The location was great, and the cost was extremely reasonable. The only drawback we had was the room had a bad smell of strong coffee. We found that the previous occupants, and cleaning crew had not cleaned out the coffee maker. There were soggy left over coffee beans inside the machine that had not been thrown out. Once they were thrown out then everything was just fine. Overall we would definitely recommend this place to hang your hat for an extended stay.

"A great stay for our family"
Our family needed a get-away and something that was semi close as we live in Salt Lake. We have watercraft and so we wanted to come to St. George. The condo was great for us. It had a kitchen and great ammenities, especially the swimming. We went to Sand Hollow every day and could come home and have a cold drink and dinner at home if we didn't want to go to dinner. We were able to go to Tuacahan. We were treated great and were very comfortable in the condo.It was also nice to have laundry facilities since we were boating and swimming every day. The staff was great...We realized after we got home that our daughter's friend had left her cell phone. We called and they were able to find it and send it to us. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay there again when we find our way to St. George.

"Nice place"
Very nice condo. The blow up air mattress didn't hold air but everything else was fine. You could only sleep 7 people in actual beds. If the air mattress would have worked you could count it as 8. In order to sleep 10 you would have to have people on the couch or floor. Still a great place and well kept. I am sure we will be coming back.

"Great customer service!"
Rented a condo that had a small issue and spoke to a person with SGVR. Immediately they moved us to a different condo with an upgrade which was not necessary, but very nice. I could not believe how good their customer service was. The condo itself was very nice and we quite enjoyed our vacation. The covered pool was great and the hot tube that was right behind our unit was awesome. The wi-fi was great and saved me hours of work when I returned home. I would definitely recommend, and will use St. George Vacation Rentals again. Thanks for the fantastic stay!

"Excellent"
We stayed in the home as a family as two members ran the St. George Maratahon. Staying here allowed us eat and recreate together in a more home-like experience than a hotel room. the home was clean and roomy and the location to the pool area was convenient. The location was not as convenient for the main St. George restaurants and activities (such as the Marathon) but overall a better experience than hotel stays for our group.

The condo was very clean and in good repair. The process of renting was very simple and easy. The location for the unit was perfect for our situation and worked out great. It was nice to have an extra blow up mattress. Worked great. I would rent again as it was clean, accessible, and comfortable for our family.

"Fun in the sun!"
We love to come to St. George to play in the sun. We have stayed in 3 different condos at Las Palmas and every one has been a very pleasant experience. The condos are very clean and accomodating as well as beautifully decorated for a warm cozy feeling. The pools are beautiful and well kept. Everything is very convienient. We will definitly choose to stay there again

"great family gathering"
We have stayed in St. George at these condos before and thoroughly love our getaways. A great halfway meeting point between LA and SLC! The facilities are always clean and well equipped. The kitchen in this unit had sooo many amenities. We were making Thanksgiving dinner and had no issues with utensils and cooking equipment. My one suggestion would be more seating in the kitchen! Really when the condo sleeps up to ten, there could be seating for more in the eating/bar area than just six.

"Your home away from home..."
We stayed in a beautiful four bedroom luxury condo. We and our married children and grandchildren had a wonderful time in the St. George area. We were there for a family reunion and the accommodations couldn't have been more perfect. We were close to all the attractions we enjoy so much about the St. George area. This was a great experience--much nicer than a hotel.

"Awesome"
Loved the unit 1912. Very well furnished and good TV. We were close enough to the jacuzzi outside and the pool(didnt use pool because too cold). Max was great and very helpful. Responded VERY quickly when we emailed him. Could not get the fireplace to work but everything else was awesome. Thanks

"Very nice, enjoyed our stay."
We really enjoyed the condo. Very nice location. Amenities were very nice and accessable. Our kids loved being there and said they would not want to stay in a hotel ever again. The location was very nice and close to things the locations that we went to. The best thing we liked were the access to the pools and hot tubes a very hot item for us. There is nothing that we liked the least.

"Outsatnding Family Oriented Relaxing Vacation"
Renting from St George Vacation Rentals is easy and the service is outsatanding and friendly. The home was spacious, clean, and centrally located. There were many activities for all family members, from swimming playing on the sports courts, walking/running, riding bikes and nearby golf. There is nothing not to enjoy renting from St. George vacation Rentals

"Wonderful...simply wonderful!!"
It was so nice to have the location we did as we had family in the area who were staying at a local hotel. Upon picking them up and taking them to the condos for dinner it was funny to see the look on their faces when we walked in. The biggest shocks was we actually paid less then they did for their hotel. Having that room to move around and the benefits of the location made it a wonderful trip and we will certainly stay there again when we visit St. George again. David Smith

"Very relaxing and homey"

Our condo was right next to a pool that was perfect for all ages of our children (15, 13, 3, 2, 8 mo.) The condo was roomy and lovely, we even had my inlaws along for the trip and they were so impressed at how nice it was for such a reasonable price. It was spotless upon arrival and the ease of getting in and checking out was great.

We had sold our home and was waiting to get into our other home. We are so glad we stayed here inside of a hotel. It was like an apartment. But great, clean and quiet! We loved the king bed, and jacuzzi tub. We espically loved all the different swimming pools and play grounds! We loved not having a key, just a code to get into the door. Also, that we could cook our own meals. I strongly suggest this over a hotel. On our next vacation we will try to find a vacation rental like this instead of a hotel! The price was cheaper than a hotel! Thank you! It's quick and easy to pay and set up.

"Las Palmas Resort and Unit 1502 are Very Good"
My family and I have stayed at the Las Palmas Resort many times and keep coming back because of the amenities and location. We enjoy the proximity to mountain biking trails, the pools, basketball courts and shuffleboard lanes. Condo 1502 is well appointed and well located within the resort. About the only issues with this property is phone based customer service (which has actually been quite responsive) and adequate linen and towels on one trip.

"Nice condo-great location!"
We chose this condo because of the location relative to Washington City. Very easy to get on/off hiway. The building is well insulated, so no traffic noise problems. We liked having underground parking, indoor and outdoor pools, and a nice covered deck with outdoor fireplace. This unit is well furnished with major things like beds and sofas. Attention needs to be given to the details. We have rented similar high-end units in the St. George area and they have been stocked with the "little things"--such as pool towels, kitchen equipment and more detailed information on the area. The window treatments in the master bedroom need to be replaced and improved! The rental management agency responded to our needs and that was a plus. We did have some concern with excess water leaking from the sprinkler system into the stairwell. We liked this place enough to rent there again next year because of the location and amenities. The basketball hoop will hopefully be repaied by then!

"Close to Great pools!"
We enjoyed our stay in condo 1207. It was an end unit on the ground so it was easily accessible. It was clean and had lots of natural light. It was close to two of the smaller, newer pools. One pool was more of an adult pool with a waterfall. The other pool had a shallow kids play area. We enjoy the resort and stay at Las Palmas everytime we come to STG. The unit could use some updating-thus the 4 stars.

"Well equiped holiday condo."
We were visiting from the UK. Stopped over at the condo for a rest from touring. Condo itself was well equiped and we made good use of the BBQ. The central swimming pool complex was superbe. It included a deep diving pool for the braver members of our party. Traffic wasn't so good because there were major road workds closeby, but I guess they would have finished by now. Recommended and would stay again. Steve

The suite was very clean, and in good condition. It was nice to have kitchen facilities and it was well stocked with cooking supplies as well as eating supplies. The kids loved the pools and tennis courts. I would love to go again

I have stayed in St. George several times over the years. My stay at the St. George Vacation Rentals was absolutely the best stay ever. I am planning to return there this next year and St.George Vacation Rentals will always be my first chose.

"Clean, convenient and nice."
We have family in St. George and were visiting from out of town with many other family members. We had two condo's in the same building. The space was perfect for us as we were able to cook breakfast and eat together without the added cost of a restaurant bill. All of the utensils and pots and pans I would need to cook a meal at home were furnished int he condo. Very clean, quiet and well maintained. A good value if you are staying longer, as the cleaning fee is automatic for each stay

"Ground floor, close to playground"
We absolutely loved this condo. The proximity to the playground and green space was worth a lot. Ground floor level was a big deal. The condo itself was very nice and well decorated, clean and well appointed. I will try to reserve this condo every time we stay in St. George.

"Relaxing"
We had a great stay over Thanksgiving weekend. Enjoyed the pools, shuffleboard and basketball. We only had one problem: The condo advertised "full" access to all the pools. We took the pool key with us and when we arrived at outside gate to the indoor pool it was open so we went on in. However, when we were done swimming the gate was locked and we could not get out of the gated area. The pool key from the condo is only for the outdoor pools not in the main pool complex. The indoor pool is only supposed to be accessible during the "clubhouse hours" when you enter and exit through the main clubhouse. Fortunately another family with the right key happened to come by and let me and my 3 yr. old out so we didn't have to climb the fence. Other than that we had a marvelous time and the condo was excellent!

"Luxury At Its Best!"
What a wonderful place to stay! Not only is the unit VERY nice, but the atmosphere is peaceful. Even though we were there in October, we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub area (which you have a lovely view of from the unit). Highly recommended! WE hope to book it again soon!

"Easy & Convenient"
We really liked that we didn't have to go to an actual check-in. We could just enter the condo after the appointed time using a key-in code. Everything in the condo was really nice... furniture, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. The location was really convenient and close to most St. George attractions. The swimming pools were really nice. The kitchen could have been a little more well-stocked. We ended up supplying some of our own things like tinfoil and plastic bags. And, if someone really wanted to cook a nice meal, there weren't a lot of pots and pans to choose from. Also, it would have been nice if the bathroom had a shower/tub combo instead of just a shower. Tubs are easier for little children. But, that was partly our fault for not trying to find one with a tub option. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would definitely use these condos and services again.

We intended to see Zion's, but found the room and pool so comfortable, it took a lot of work to convince our children to leave for the park! Truly a delightful and comfortable experience. We'll be asking for this same room next year.

"A great casual, golf weekend."
We had great accomidations. We were lucky and had a top-floor, corner unit with a very spacious deck. We had a good view of the ground and were very close to the pool. Our unit had all the kitchen supplies a weekender or long-term renter would need. If suited our needs perfectly.

We had a wonderful time here. The condo was clean and in good condition. We were close to the pool and loved all of the amenities. We enjoyed being able to cook meals and just come in to rest. The beds were very comfortable, probably the best I have slept on besides my own! My kids loved this vacation. We will be back next year!

"Great!"
The condo was very comfortable and we had a great time. A few suggestions, there were no sharp knives in the kitchen and it was hard to prepare food... just one would have been nice. Also, it would be nice to know that the pools were not heated. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, (if they buy new knives!).

We had awesome service. The condo was clean and well stocked with all the comforts of home. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. The decorating was perfect. The view from the balcony was incredible. The location was perfect for us because we came out from Wisconsin for a week of golfing. Having a television in every room was great. The kitchen was just incredible. We had a great time and will be back again..

"The experience and the price was great."
The price was affordable and the condo was clean. The condo was fully equipped with everything needed and it comfortably slept six people. I would highly recommend the rental to somebody else and I will definitely rent thier again!
