This condo is absolutely beautiful with updated furniture and a very open floor plan throughout. The views from the windows and the deck are incredible. It overlooks a beautiful waterfall pool surrounded by palm trees and a playground. This is a 3 BD / 2 BA. All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with clean linens, soaps/shampoos, and paper products. Master Suite has a comfortable KING size bed, private entry to deck, TV/DVD, and ample storage space for your personal belongings. The second bedroom has a QUEEN bed + futon with an access to the other full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a FULL Bed + Futon. Sleeps 6 in beds + 2 futons which can sleep 1 or 2 people each.
An open kitchen with an island bar is fully equipped to do any cooking. It is loaded with all cooking utensils and updated appliances. There is patio dining furniture on the deck if you enjoy outdoor dining & BBQ.
The condo is an end unit on the top floor for your enjoyment of peace and quiet.
There is an elevator is accessible for your convenience. There is an elevator key required to use this elevator. The key will be on the lanyard inside the condo for you to use during your stay.There is an elevator for your convenience. An elevator key is required to use this elevator. The key will be on the lanyard inside the condo for you to use during your stay. You will need to walk up the stairs the 1st time to get the elevator key.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost.
Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
