Terms and Conditions​

Once the reservation has been submitted, an official reservation is made. The email confirmation is evidence of an official reservation. The email confirmation must be printed or used on a computer to find and access the condo booked. Most confirmations are received within 1 hour during work hours, if you have not received your confirmation within 12 hours, please call (435) 275-4419.

No smoking is allowed within 50 feet of any building. No pets allowed. Total number of guests 3 years of age and older cannot exceed {reservations.unit_max_occupants} for this property.

Cancellation Policy - we pride ourselves in having a very lenient cancellation policy. Cancellations and changes are accepted without charge until 15 days prior to the arrival date. Within 15 days, no cancellations are accepted. If however, you must cancel within 15 days of the arrival date but not on the arrival date, we will offer 100% of the funds paid as a credit for future stay. Because our policy is so lenient, we will not be able to accommodate exceptions to our policy.

Payment and Deposit - the credit card will be charged automatically 15 days before the arrival date. If we are not able to execute payment by 15 days before arrival, the reservation may be canceled. The credit card serves as a deposit and will be charged for missing items, damage to the unit, or if the unit is left excessively dirty.
