Cancellation
Guests who booked through our website (StGeorgeVacationRentals.com) may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us to within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost.
Guests who booked through another website are subject to the cancellation policy set for the reservation by the booking site. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
Damage
Guest agrees to pay for damage and items that go missing, and to pay additional cleaning fees if the unit is left excessively dirty.
Disclaimer
The host is not responsible for the loss of valuables or for items left behind by Guests.
Communication
Guest agrees to receive communications from the host via call, text, and email.
Payment and Deposit - the credit card will be charged automatically 15 days before the arrival date. If we are not able to execute payment by 15 days before arrival, the reservation may be canceled. The credit card serves as a deposit and will be charged for missing items, damage to the unit, or if the unit is left excessively dirty.
