You won't be disappointed with this charming 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, located in Building 12, second floor unit. It has a very comfortable & open floor plan. Due to the beautiful decor of the condo, colors, and furniture, there is a welcoming and homey feel that is vibrant throughout. This is a great place for entertaining and enjoying the view off the patio.
As you enter the condo, you are invited into the main living room/dining room & kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and major appliances you will need to fix up your favorite family meals just as if you were at home. Enjoy the experience of eating in. Right from the kitchen is the dining table with an additional 3 seats provided at the bar. The open floor plans leads straight into the living room with 2 massive inviting couches and a Flat Screen TV! Bring along your favorite movies that you have been waiting to catch up on.
Both bedrooms have Queen beds with a Queen sized inflatable Aerobed in the living room. (Bedding provided for this Aerobed.) Bedrooms have flat screen TV's and private bathrooms - making both bedrooms "Master Suites".
Each bedroom and bathroom are lined with fresh clean linens, fully stocked paper products, soaps/shampoos, and a plentiful amount of towels for all of the guests. There is a full size washer and dryer for your use and convenience as well as Free, private, and secure Wifi.

With this Condo Rental, we have included a limited complimentary pass to the famous "HUB" Clubhouse and Pools (formerly the Green Valley Clubhouse). An additional $5/per person fee applies to anyone beyond the condo membership limit. Amenities Include:

Las Palmas is a wonderful family resort offering numerous amenities for everyone of all ages. The resort features six swimming pools (one indoor). Each pool area provides chaise lounges and chairs. There is a large basketball court with eight standards, volleyball, pickle-ball, shuffleboard, full fitness gym and children's playgrounds. Your rental has unlimited use of two outdoor pools and hot tubs at Las Palmas Resort with no passes required.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost.

Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
