Paradise Palms is a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with well stocked kitchen. Being on the 3rd floor you get to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets in the evening on the balcony! You'll have views of the Southern Utah red mountains, Pine Valley caps, and city lights at night.This unit also offers you easy elevator access.
Las Palmas is located very close to the world famous bike trails like Bear Claw Poppy, Zen and Barrel Roll. Rock climbing at the GAP is also right there. The amenities with indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball as well as right next to the Skate Park (Rinq) and nearby paved riding trails.
Minutes away from shopping/theaters, sporting activities, restaurants and other tourist attractions such as Coyote Gulch art community, Tuacahn Amphitheater and Zion National Park, this property also has the convenience of a community pool and its amenities. Parking: This condo has a garage you're welcome to park in front of. You'll have access to the garage for storing bikes etc. Additional unnumbered parking spaces are available around the community. A small trailer may be parked in a stall but must be un-hitched from the vehicle.

kids pool, waterfall pool, and pool with a shallow end

Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month.
