Bear Paw Trail has everything you need for a weekend get-a-way.  From the balcony off the master, you can see the sports court at the club house - so the pool, hot tubs, recreation are a very short walk from the unit. This stunning condo can now accommodate up to 6 people! Bear Paw Trail is located just down the road (about 2 minutes) from some of St. George's best hiking and biking trails! Bear Claw Poppy is one of these trails, it's the perfect mountain biking trail for all! If you're a beginner or an expert! This trail has many veins ranging in all difficulties, so everyone can feel comfortable and enjoy the ride. Bear Paw Trail is located in a prime location, with close freeway access and close to many restaurants, stores, and shops. 

Bear Paw Trail is located in Sports Village, which has plenty of amenities that everyone will love! From the outdoor swimming pool and spa to the pickle ball courts and gym there is something for everyone. You won't want to miss the chance to stay at this beautiful condo. 

NOTE: Recent changes to the homeowner's association insurance coverage have required removal of private grills. There are community grills available for use at the club house.

PETS: This home is pet friendly so the whole family can tag along for the vacation!
Bringing a pet, you will be subject to a one time $150 fee per pet.
Please notify us of the number, breed and weight of any pets you will be bringing. (all animals must be under 50 pounds)
We ask that you do not allow your pets onto the furniture.
We do provide lint rollers at the home for your use to assist us in removal of pet hair from furniture and bedding.
While it is impossible to remove all signs of pet hair, our cleaners do thoroughly clean the entire home including bedding and furniture.

PARKING: There is free parking around the community. There is also fenced parking available to rent for Trailers and RV’s. Rented at the clubhouse $5 a day. No reservations, first come first serve. Clubhouse is open until 10pm.

NOTE: All occupancies subject to owner approval.

Master: King - Sleeps 1-2. Door direct bathroom, but not private.

Guest Room - Queen/Queen Bunk Sleeps 1-4 

Hide-a-bed in great room: Queen - Sleeps 1-2

There are about 10 steps from the street level to the door of this unit. Once in the unit, there are no stairs.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost.

Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
