Welcome MVP to our property that was designed with you, our Most Valuable People in mind. This updated ground floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo - at Sports Village - is a haven for both our MVPs and their pets. Enjoy your time in our tastefully decorated living area and enjoy meals made in the fully equipped kitchen. Relax by the pool, located directly out the back door, or indulge in recreational amenities throughout the community. Explore nearby local, state, and national parks. Bring the fun with you! We offer a small one-car detached garage that can be used to securely store any recreational equipment or personal items. Street parking is also available in front of the home. Fenced parking is available to rent ($5 per day) for larger Trailers and RV’s. Acquire at the clubhouse.

The MVP at Sports Village has plenty of amenities that everyone will love! From the outdoor swimming pool and spa to the pickleball courts, gym, and clubhouse, there is something for everyone. And if you need to get a little work done while you are here, don't worry, our fiber high-speed internet will keep you connected. You won't want to miss the chance to stay at this beautiful condo.

Please note: The freezer has ice cube trays available. The ice maker and water dispenser in the fridge are not operational.

PETS: This home is pet friendly so the whole family can tag along for the vacation!
Bringing a pet, you will be subject to a one time $150 fee per pet.
Please notify us of the number, breed and weight of any pets you will be bringing. (all animals must be under 50 pounds)
We ask that you do not allow your pets onto the furniture.
We do provide lint rollers at the home for your use to assist us in removal of pet hair from furniture and bedding.
While it is impossible to remove all signs of pet hair, our cleaners do thoroughly clean the entire home including bedding and furniture.

All occupancies are subject to owner approval.

Master: 1-King bed, sleeps 1-2. Full bathroom directly across the hall.
Guest Room: 1-Queen bed and 4-Twin beds, sleeps 1-6. En suite bathroom.
Living Room: Sofa pop-up sleeper

NOTE:
Recent changes to the homeowner's association insurance coverage have required the removal of private grills. There are community grills available for use at the clubhouse.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost.

Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
