Holiday House

We call it our "Holiday House" - you'll come to love it as your vacation rental of choice!  Holiday House, located in the Casitas resort community just of I-15 and Washington Parkway, is a gorgeous townhome designed to be a perfect vacation rental for you. Close to dinning options, Costco as well as top rated area venues, hiking/biking trails and lakes.  This home features a gorgeous open concept kitchen into the dining and living areas, so you’ll never miss a moment of spending time with your family and friends. However when you want some privacy, you'll have 3 bedrooms to choose from at Holiday House. Two master suites, and a bunk room. Each suite includes their own private en-suite bath.

The bunk room also features a gaming/movie area in the room with cozy bean bag chairs for relaxing and even a playstation to game on!  This is the place for kids to be kids while parents be parents.

Just off the dining room on the main level, you have your own private patio, with seating for hanging out. Enjoy morning coffee here before venturing out in Southern Utah for the day. Even end your day by relaxing outside in the crisp cool night air. 

The resorts community pool and hot tub are heated year round for you to enjoy while staying here! In the cooler months you will see the warm steam pillow.  In the summer, the sail shades cast a mild breeze.  This pool is so nice, relaxing, and rewarding after a long day of adventuring throughout Southern Utah. The pool is within walking distance of the home, and pool towels are provided with the unit! 

To make this home even better it’s centrally located for any adventure you desire during your stay. Being close to Zion National Park, Sand Hollow State Park, Quail Reservoir, Pink Coral sand dunes, multiple renowned golf courses, as well as many shops, stores, and restaurants for your convenience.

PARKING:  This house has a private 2 car garage.  There is additional guest parking available.  Bringing a trailer?  There are a few oversized parking spots on the north-west loop of the community.  These are on a first come, first serve basis.  You can also leave your boat at the Sand Hollow Marina lot (call Sand Hollow Lake for exact options)

CANCELLATION POLICY
Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost.

Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
