St. George Vacation Rentals is proud to announced that we have hired a new on-site property manager.  We know that she will provide the best guest service to our valued guests and make sure the condos are in the best condition possible.  Join us to congratulate Kelli Brown for becoming a valued team member.  Here is her bio:

Kelli is a Southern California native, having been born and raised in Redlands, Calif., the midway point between Los Angeles and Palm Springs along Interstate 10. There was a time when she was 10-years-old, playing soccer in the hallway of The Hilton Hotel in nearby San Bernardino, thinking, “owning a hotel would be so cool. I could rent out all the rooms every night and people would pay me!”

Years later, after having earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah (2012), Kelli has managed Golden Spoon, the frozen yogurt store that attracted dozens of customers every day. She left for her college days in Utah, working in mortgage industry while balancing her fulltime student workload. Following graduation, Kelli was quickly hired at the highly competitive Enterprise Rent-A-Car in San Diego, earning numerous awards and recognition for sales and customer service.

She attained the role of assistant manager in a highly-competitive business within one year after first starting with Enterprise. She passed her “Grill” – the testing procedure within the company – on her first try and was quickly promoted to various branches, including the San Diego Airport.

Now as the newly-named manager for St. George Vacation Rentals, Kelli says, “This is a dream come true. I’m excited to work with the owners and help take this company to the next level! It’s not quite the same as owning a hotel, but dreams change a little and this is on the right track.”

The owners might be especially happy to have Kelli, who started managing businesses at an early age. Even at age 17, when Kelli was managing a frozen yogurt shop in Redlands, Calif., she’s been pointing to a career in business and management. During her college years in Utah, Kelli worked for a small mortgage company and was elevated to supervisory positions within the company due to producing a high volume of successful negotiations.

During summer months while in college, Kelli journeyed to Boise, Idaho where she held down a desk position with Allstate Insurance while also helping get a local yogurt business off the ground.

She’s not new to the greater St. George area, having vacationed here in the past. She’s also had family here, which has, in part, led Kelli back from her native California.

During her youth Kelli played soccer, participated in musical theater and took part in a high-achieving, competitive choir at Redlands East Valley High School.  Participating in events and performances that took her to New York City, the Bahamas and various cities throughout southern California. In her spare time, Kelli enjoys sporting events including Major League Baseball, especially the recent two-time World Series champion San Francisco Giants and cheering on her Utah Utes! She also enjoys numerous water sports and is especially fond of Lake Powell.
