Hallows Eye Concert at Jazzy Java’s

To ring in the Halloween holiday there’s a great concert at Jazzy Java’s featuring Holly Goodhead and guests. This is the best way to ring in everyone’s favorite spooky holiday. They’ve also go a costume contest going on with the winner getting $100 to Jazzy’s and the runner up getting $50. So come dressed for success and for a good time at Jazzy Java’s. It starts at 8 pm and the cost is $5 to get in on the action.

Southwest Symphony Orchestra Halloween Spectacular

One of our favorite Halloween events in southern Utah is going on this evening at the Cox Performing Arts Center, and it put on by the Southwest Symphony in conjunction with the St George Dance Company. They’ll play some fun spooky music with the Dance Company providing some great art entertainment as you listen. The music will be selections from Wicked, Superman, the Phantom of the Opera, Star Wars, Chronicles of Naria, E.T. and more.

Price for admittance is $15 for adults, $12 for seniors, and $5 for students. But don’t forget all children who come dressed up get in for free! This really will be a fun and unique way to celebrate the Halloween Holiday in southern Utah. The event starts Friday night October 30th at 7:30, at the Dixie State University Cox Performing Arts Center. Located at 385 S 700 E, St. George, Utah.

The Haunted Woods Lost Carnival

If you’re looking to add a little more spook to your weekend, then you should take a quick drive a little north to Cedar City, to the Willow Glen Haunted Woods. It’s always a great time to wander through some sketchy woods with goblins jumping out at you. They do a fantastic job at it there at the Willow Glen. The cost is $8 per person, and it goes from 7:30 – 11:00 pm, and ends the night of October 31st.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show

The 40th anniversary of the Rocky Horror Picture show is going on tonight and tomorrow night at the Megaplex Main Street Cinema, 905 S. Main Street, St. George. The price for admission is $4.50 and will definitely be worth a watch. It’s fun to see the old classic horror films, especially one as popular and prolific as the Rock Horror Picture Show.
