St. George Vacation Rentals Expands into Entrada and Sand Hollow
The largest vacation rental company in Southern Utah is now expanding into Entrada at Snow Canyon and The Sand Hollow Resort. St. George Vacation Rentals has primarily served the Las Palmas condos in the Green Valley Resort.
For the past 25 years, the Las Palmas Condo Resort has been the family resort destination for Northern Utah guests, snowbirds, and the home base for many visiting Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park and the north face of the Grand Canyon.
Over the last few years, a few other destination resorts has been developed that may now compete with Las Palmas. A St. George city ordinance makes renting vacation rental properties difficult. The ordinance disallows any nightly rental (less than 30 days) in any property that is not a designated resort destination or has been grandfathered in. Those in St. George that allow for nightly rentals are: Las Palmas, Sports Village, Bloomington Townhomes, and The Inn at Entrada. Sand Hollow Resort is located in Hurricane so it does not have to meet those guidelines.
The Entrada at Snow Canyon Golf resort is quite possibly the nicest golf community in Utah and rivals many golf country clubs in Arizona, California, and South Carolina.
